The features presented makes the course a very complete and resourceful. This will clearly keep motivated many, if not all the participants taking this course.

I am interested in this course very much as I am intent on learning both Modern Hebrew and the Hebrew of the Bible. I've been considering the planned features of the course and I find them very valuable for my purposes. Firstly, a complete pronunciation guide of all the vowels and consonants is very much needed and since the teachers provide us with a close approximation to the Modern spoken language, that should be beneficial to my studies. Secondly, it is good to single out the more important words that are worth memorizing. I suppose these would be words such as 'elohim' and 'or' from the sample lesson. It might be a good idea, if I may suggest, to mention whether or not these words still function in the same senses in Modern Hebrew (I believe some of us would be interested in this comparison). Thirdly, as far as grammar is concerned, the teacher explained very clearly each item in the sample lesson, especially regarding the function of the vav before a verb (i.e. how it changes the tense). I wonder if it would be appropriate for this course to provide us with the tables of conjugations and other such information relevant to the material we will be covering and with some exercises perhaps. I am looking forward to the professional assistance of the bilingual experts and other students :) and hoping to see the finalized version of the course shortly.

After studying for five years, this course sample showed me that I have learned much about Hebrew... but still need to learn more. The sample lesson was so encouraging and challenging at the same time. Please know that your hard work is appreciated very much by those like me that do not have access to Hebrew speaking friends.
Keep up the great work!
